One pair of the 3/4 LENGTH insoles:

The 3/4 length version is designed for shoes that don't have removable insoles, such as most dress, some casual and work shoes. This versatile 3/4 length can be easily transferred between different pairs of shoes, is reinforced at the heel for durability, and features snap-in insert Levels and a stand-alone Level 5.

One pair of the FULL LENGTH insoles:

The full length version is designed for shoes that have removable insoles, such as walking shoes, athletic shoes, and some industrial footwear. Once trimmed to fit a particular shoe, we recommend that the full length version not be moved to a different shoe. It is reinforced at the heel for durability, and features snap-in insert Levels and a stand-alone Level 5.
