If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of the Barefoot Science Arch Activation Foot Strengthening System™, return the insoles and insert Levels in their original packaging to your point of purchase with receipt, within 30 days of purchase.

Retail: Provide the vendor with an original receipt within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.

Mail Order/Web Order: Clearly print your Order Number, Name (of the individual in whose name the order was originally placed), and full Return Address on the OUTSIDE of the package to ensure proper identification of the order. If you mail the parcel from a depot and do not include your original order information on the outside of the box, make sure to include it on the inside along with the returned products.

We highly recommend that you obtain a tracking number for any return parcel to ensure it is covered in the event that it goes astray in the mail or is otherwise not received by the warehouse.

To ensure the expedient processing of your return, call us for a return authorization number and include (a copy of) your invoice or packing slip as proof of payment.
